New Amsterdam’s Winter Break Camps are available for ages 18 months - 10 years, and allow children to enjoy the joys of the winter season within a consistent daily rhythm full of artistic exploration, free play, time in nature, and delicious homemade foods and goodies.

Children are nourished in our home-like campus and enjoy purposeful and creative projects and play, and plenty of time outdoors. An organic vegetarian meal and snacks will be provided daily for full day campers.

This mixed-age program begins daily at 8:30am daily, and has an optional 12:30 pm for dismissal of half-day campers (lunch not included). Full-day students stay until 3:30 pm, and enjoy lunch together followed by a quiet rest time. The day finishes with a shared snack and self-directed play!

• Winter Willow Camp Week: ages 2 - 6

  • Focused on winter art projects: frozen watercolors, icicle playdough, snowscape creations, and more!

  • Full Day 8:30am - 3:30pm - $850

  • Early Dismissal 8:30am - 12:30pm - $550

• Winter Wonders Camp Week: ages 6 - 10

  • Focused on a weeklong handwork project, daily baking and cooking, and working in the garden as we prepare for spring!
